This is the latest version of ArtFantastix.
I got carried away with all the pretty colours in the previous version, this one has a much simpler palette alongside a look and behaviour similar to Boris & Julie's own website. There are many small embellishments behind the scenes, including those listed below.
Persistence: ArtFantastix now tries to remember the position and settings from your last visit. If the gallery is behaving badly it may that your browser has cached the previous version which doesn't understand the new method. Clearing the Browser-Data will reset everything for a fresh start.
Painting & Publications Galleries: To accomodate various screen sizes, you now have control of how many items are displayed on screen.
Publications Gallery: Subsets are displayed within individually paginated Accordions.

Embarassingly, It has been pointed out to me that many of the paintings within this site were wrongly dated! I have made significant corrections, reviewing every painting, however completing this task will take time as I research the remaining paintings with unknown dates.
As a guide to the accuracy of any given date, I have implemented a Trafic Light System which is explained in the new Painting Gallery sidebar.
The User Interface has been simplified, requiring less user interaction, while at the same time displaying more data.
